YES — Just tell your insurance company:
I was in an accident, What do I do?
Been in an Accident? Here's What to Do Next
No. California law lets you choose any repair shop. We work with all insurance companies.
Usually not. Most insurers only need one estimate. If they want to inspect the car, they can do it at our shop.
That's common. First estimates often miss hidden damage. Once we take the car apart, we find the hidden damage, document it with photos, and send a supplement to your adjuster for approval. You don't have to negotiate it yourself.
It depends on the damage and parts availability. Most repairs take 7-day average. We'll give you a timeline at drop-off and keep you posted.
We follow manufacturer repair procedures, and we'll tell you which parts your policy covers.

Most newer cars have cameras and sensors that run lane assist, automatic braking, and adaptive cruise. After a collision, or even a windshield replacement, those systems often need recalibration to work safely. We do ADAS calibration in-house, so your car doesn't get sent somewhere else and you don't wait longer.
Enterprise or Hertz . We also offer a shuttle service.
