About Status-On-Demand

Curious about the status of your repair?  Well log-in and check out photos of your car, while it's being repaired! Just click on the "Status-On-Demand" button and enter your RO# and password after clicking on the Customer page link.

At different phases in the repair process, photos of your car are taken and uploaded to the "Status-On-Demand" website.

The photos can include brief notes on the repair status.  In addition, you can click on a photo of your service representative and send us an email with your comments.
