Curious about your repairs and the work-in-process? View photos of your car, while it is being repaired, just click on "Status-On-Demand" to access the Customer log-in page. At different phases in the repair process, photos of your car are taken and uploaded to the "Status-On-Demand" website. The photos can include brief notes on the repair status. In addition, you can click on a photo of your service representative and send us an email with your comments.
